Reboiler BKUSHELL AND TUBES

Shell and tubes heat exchanger designed according to TEMA BKU standard usually utilized as reboiler. The tubes bundle includes corrugated U-tubes, and also other tube profiles and plain tubes.

According to the design temperature and pressure conditions and fluids process, materials are selected from all metals available like: austenitic stainless steels, duplex, high temperature resistance steels, superaustenitic, exotic alloys (Inconel, Incolloy, Monel, Hastelloy), titanium alloys (grade 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 11), coppernickel Cu/Ni 90/10 and 70/30, Admiralty brass, copper and carbon steel.
