Shell and tubes
Shell and tubes
Shell and tubes heat exchanger according to TEMA BEU standard. Tube bundle incorporates corrugated U tubes, another tube profiles or plain tubes are available depending on the fluid characteristics.
According to the design temperature and pressure conditions and fluids process, materials are selected from all metals available like: austenitic stainless steels, duplex, high temperature resistance steels, superaustenitic, exotic alloys (Inconel, Incolloy, Monel, Hastelloy), titanium alloys (grade 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 11), coppernickel Cu/Ni 90/10 and 70/30, Admiralty brass, copper and carbon steel.

SHELL AND TUBES
SHELL AND TUBES
This heat exchanger includes double concentric tubes instead of a single one (like standard shell and tubes) so there are two walls separating the product and service media. This way a super secure system is created to prevent cross contamination between both fluids. A leak detection system monitors any pressure change in the separation chamber warning any tube or seam crack. According to the design temperature and pressure conditions and fluids process, materials can be: austenitic stainless steels, duplex, high temperature resistance steels, superaustenitic, exotic alloys (Inconel, Incolloy, Monel, Hastelloy), titanium , coppernickel and carbon steel.

MONOTUBE
MONOTUBE
Monotube heat exchanger specially designed for heat recovery applications when fluids contain solids in suspension (sludge, slurries, fibres).
Tubes can be corrugated, dimpled or plain.
Standard range design conditions: temperature 350ºC and pressure 25 bar(g) (others on request). Manufactured in stainless steel, Duplex and Titanium.

MONOTUBE
MONOTUBE
Monotube heat exchanger that incorporates squared shells and round inner tubes. This design permits a very compact solution with a minimum footprint. Inner tube can be fixed or removable, usually corrugated or plain.
Recommended for processing sludge, slurries and fluids in general with solids in suspension of any size.
Standard range design conditions: temperature 100ºC and pressure 5 bar(g) (others on request). Manufactured in stainless steel.
